Born and raised in Los Angeles, Christine Weatherup is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California, where she triple majored in Cinema-Television, Theatre & Political Science. Christine also had the opportunity to study at the British American Drama Academy (BADA) where she played Emma in Betrayal and Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream. At USC, she studied with Charlotte Cornwell, Andrew J. Robinson, Jack Rowe and Michael Keenan, among others. While in college, Christine appeared in the MFA Playwrighting Workshop production of Big Night, a solo show she wrote called Dreaming Alone, and was selected to perform in the Senior Showcase.

Christine has appeared extensively in film (Echo Lake, Star Kid) and television (Grey's Anatomy, General Hospital, Grounded for Life) as well as numerous commercials (including Nikon, Starburst and Ford) and webseries including Squaresville (winner of 2013 IAWTV Award for Best Comedy and Best Ensemble), The Wonderly Way, Mountain Man and Engaged the Show. Her Los Angeles theatre credits include Seascape with Sharks and Dancer (for which she was named "Outstanding Duo Performance" by StageSceneLA), Aphra Behn's The Rover, and a staged reading of Hotel Chicago at the Complex Theatre.

Currently, Christine is starring in the feature film Bread and Butter, opposite Bobby Moynihan, Micah Hauptman, Eric Lange and Lauren Lapkus.
